Jack Lumley1 StarVery poor - Unreliable service. Asked him to come and quote for gardening work. Waited in at pre-agreed time. He didn't turn up. I tried calling him several times to find out what happened and he didn't answer. Message left he didn't call back. When I called again later he did answer. I asked what happened and he replied "Oh...I forgot."
Not a good first impression - a business is judged on its customer service as much as its product. Based on his unreliability and disorganisation I would avoid.Tuesday 8th April 2014
