We rang Nick Sayer to deal with one of our tenants who had an issue with her boiler. He liased with the tenant, had to order a part, again re arranged with the tenant a suitable time for access etc, we didn't have to get back in touch with him at all. He turned up when he said he would and left the tenant very happy. Couldn't ask for more.
