Nives, is incredible as a masseuse and the regular deep tissue massage have been essential in allowing me to continue to play football into my 40’s. She is so good an understanding problem areas just by feel and concentrates there until the issues sorted and I have always left the clinic feeling better. Booking was super easy, location was convenient and correct on Google maps. Consultation consisted of explaining all the issues I had from my career as a professional athlete. From there, Nieves was able to identify some of the issues / injury’s I had. Nieves used different tests and diagnostics to explain what had occurred over my training /fighting career and how she would treat me Even after two session I feel a massive reduction in pain, increased range of motion and improvement in boxing performance.
