Mac5 StarA good experience from start to finish. The car charger installation market is flooded with options at the moment and tech is continually advancing, so I was pleased to see the unit offered for my needs had everything I needed and was one of the most up to date builds.
James was very generous with his advice on how to navigate the gov grant scheme info (that is required to make a claim) They supplied a simple online form to upload my details (inc current home meter installation) and he helped when I scratched my head trying to understand some of the terminology. simon feilden5 StarBit unusual in that I contacted James to discuss a charger that would have cost £hundreds. But he walked me through my needs, and in the end established that what's required is something far less expensive (simple outdoor socket) and was very happy to recommend I do that rather than incur unnecessary cost. In the end, it turned out that he was able to identify a (hidden) external socket that I can use, so having spent best part of an hour talking to, and messaging with me, he was the reason I didn't actually spend any money with him! matt barwick5 StarVery professional service and great knowledge of the requirements for car chargers. Many companies claim they are specialists but James really does know his stuff. Installing and making the chargers safe and up to the required standards. Will recommend to anyone who asks. This is something that requires the care and attention that James gives. dom rumsey5 StarWe had to run the power down the side of the property and it was a particularly difficult job that a previous electrician didn't want to do... Not for these guys tho! My wife and I kept bring out the tea and the chap kept at it until it was done. The price was the best out of everyone I spoke to and the job was spot on.
