Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience. Our other contractors struggled with constantly changing dates and excuses from Tommy's team, which made for a stressful experience. When they took the scaffolding down they damaged trees in the street, several of our plants and damaged one of our windows. After reporting this, Tommy said he'd get back to me. A week later - no response. I would not hire this company again.

Tommy was great from start to finish, job was erected on time and dismantled within 24hours off asking to get it down.

Very Fast, Had to have scaffolding at the rear of our house, they erected it on a Saturday so I didn't have to have time off work to let them through, they arrived at 10 as I asked them to so we didn't disturb the neighbours, they erected the whole back in 3 hours (had a couple quotes and they all said it would take all day to erect and all the other prices where over £500 more than North Pole) they also dismantled it on a Saturday and it only took 2 hours. Very respectful, polite and friendly. Would highly recommend.

North Pole Scaffolded my property in Kensington for solar panel installation, Jon quoted quickly and advised us on what areas would require scaffolding They Was on time and done the job at dates and times that worked to my schedule! Would definitely be using again and recommending.
