Absolute joke of a care home. Looking after my grandad who is compesmentous and feeding him pudding before his main. He's had a carer kick him. I'm so upset with the care provided amd wouldn't put an animal in this care home. Staff need empathy. These are bullies

My Dad was moved to Northfield the day before lockdown in March. It was difficult for the family at first not being able to visit but the communication we've had with the staff there has been great. We get regular video calls with him and are now able to have window visits and can see that he is well and actually thriving on the kind care he's receiving. Looking forward to the time when we can have a "real" visit but in the meantime are reassured he's well and as happy as he can be. Thank you All at Northfield.

Incompetent morons, absolutely useless, arse and elbows not knowing what they are doing, so far I've not seen any nursing, just laziness and dam right rudeness to my disabled wife who is doing her best to be her mums advocate. The night staff don't seem to answer the buzzer when it is pressed, and they just seem to wander around with a "it be rit" attitude. I think this will be reported to the care quality people. Buck your ideas up people and retraining would be great for every single person working in that horror shop....

Although Northfield could benefit from some modernisation, it's all about the staff and without exception they are great, whatever task they perform. Friendly and caring, it's such a relief to know that my elderly mother is in such good hands. Commendation for the kitchen too. Good quality, generous and frequent catering. My thanks to all!
