Just traded my car in at Norwich Car Centre, and purchased my second one from them. As before, customer service was excellent. From the moment I phoned to enquiry about the new car , to driving it away, the whole experience was first class. Did worry Lee after testing car , as came home with key in my pocket🫣 which he had been looking for. Honestly both Chris and Lee are great people to deal with . A*****

We have been getting our cars serviced at Norwich Car Centre for many years, but sadly no more. My son was persuaded that his car needed too much work to make it pass the MOT and the only viable option was to scrap it. He reluctantly agreed to a cash offer of £200 from the dealer to scrap it. He received no paperwork and did not have to sign anything. The very next day the same 'unroadworthy' car has passed an MOT. It wasn't scrapped, it was traded on. My son and I met with the two directors Chris and Lee today to discuss this and seek a resolution, but none was forthcoming. In fact Lee's response was to storm out of the room, then come back in swearing at us. I could say more, but won't. Good customer service? You make up your own mind.

Excellent experience from Paul at Norwich Car Centre. He is a genuinely lovely chap and the car we bought was exactly as described. I asked him if we could have an independent inspection on the car and he gladly accepted and arranged it for us. Very nice covid safe office and the car was in beautfiul shape when we collected it. Thanks Paul!
