I have worked for Norwood for over 3 years now starting out as a PAT enginner and now a supervisor. I have experienced nothing but positivity throughout. I work hard and do as instructed which is why I've had an easy life with them. I can see myself being with them for a long time. I have recommended people to work here and trained may new engineers all of which enjoy the job and have a good working life. If you do your job, hours, are polite and friendly there's no reasons for any negativity. It's like anywhere you work if your accommodating and do the above then you'll get the same back, it's simple really.

Good company to work for. Everyday is different day. One day I am installing a 60m run with SWA to supply commando socket in London Victoria Coach Station with my mate. The next day I am doing an EICR at the Windsor Leisure Center. The company paid for various courses to help me grow. The managers and QS are always there to help with their knowledge. The lads are friendly and always up for banter.

Dont you Never ever ever sign any type of contract with them you gonna end up losing money they twist the facts and you gonna have to hire a Solicitor to read small print in contract . Avoid by any means NECESSARY . Google should make a option to give no stars they dont deserve 1 star

Have worked at Norwood for 5 years and can honestly say its a great place to work, the owners are friendly and helpful, the staff are professional and i have had no issues whatsoever regarding wages. Really do not understand the negative reviews, providing your prepared to carry out your role as described then you will have a positive experience working here!
