Replace Base5 StarBeen with Nova for many years now, firstly a home office, as the business grew so did our requirements - Nova keeps our alarm in (security and fire) and CCTV in great order.
After a couple of thefts here Nova seemly upgraded out systems and installed a great smoke cloak system, we now have police response, monitored CCTV, our insurance company were satisfied with all compliance paperwork Nova supplied.
Its not just about the system thats installed but also the certifications, maintenance and due diligence that needs to be done in the unfortunate event of insurance claims.
Nova recognise the urgency or upgrades and improvements, they have fitted equipment overnight in on many occasions and will always go the extra mile.
