DO NOT TRUST! Nigel is quite the sales man and will say anything to close the deal and say anything to worm his way out of any situations. Terrible service, no regard for your personal items should there be a leak. Be prepared for your own towels and equipment being used, some with and some without permission, then just left once used. They do not clean up after themselves, then if something goes wrong and they want to get home, they will do a bodge job. They will hound you for payment but once you've paid and have an issue or need a receipt you will not hear from them, no matter what story Nigel has told you. Would not recommend to anyone.
