Liam Neill5 Star3 days without heating (2 weeks ago, end of Jan when it was COLD) and was let down by 2 plumbers. Got hold of of Olly and he was here within 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue really quickly, a thermostatic zone valve failure (if memory serves), did a temp fix so our house heated up above 9 degrees and we weren’t watching our own breath as we breathed and fetched the part. Wasn’t in stock in Camberley or Farnborough but drove to near Reading back and had our heating sorted that same day. Forever grateful, nothing was too much trouble and he was exceptionally reasonable. He is now the only plumber I have saved in my phone, brilliant service. Highly recommendedFriday 18th February 2022
