Gad Jules (Jules S)1 StarTotally unreliable - called round and said would arrange to get hold of a part for my boiler and despite repeated chasing and voicemails left after 10 days for the following week just 'disappeared off the face of the earth' by not answering any calls or returning any messages leaving me with a freezing house, now being sorted by someone else who is reliable. Dreadful attitude, doesn't deserve to be in business treating people like this, the sort of person who gives trades a bad name. AVOID!Wednesday 2nd November 2016
