Miranda T2 StarTried to return something through Hermes which I have never done at their shop before and won't be returning. The staff on the till was rude, I clearly had no idea what I was doing and I told him it wasn't going through on the machine but he ignored me the first 2 times that I spoke and when he had finished doing whatever he was doing he told me to enlarge the code which would have taken 2 seconds to tell me instead of me waiting around for a good 5 minutesSunday 15th August 2021
Trina D1 StarVery rude staff, tried to return something through Hermes, the guy was texting on his phone while speaking with me and kept saying 'huh', so rude! Could have explained that the machine was broken politely and without an attitude, but no, just said 'can't do it here' even though I've done the exact same thing there before no problems.
