Ohms took over our defective alarm system from our previous installer. Unlike them, Ohms were willing to quote for repair of the alarm panel (if possible) and for replacement if repair was not possible. As it turned out repair was not possible but Ohms' replacement quote was still cheaper than our previous supplier's so we chose them as well as their maintenance contract, which was also reasonable.

OHMS came on February 2nd to carry out the annual maintenance on my intruder alarm. At the time I asked for various quotations for fitting security lights to the front and rear of my home together with the fitting of a video door bell. To date I have not heard a word from OHMS. Very disappointed in the poor service. Berin Boyce
