I am the head of global fitness at London’s largest running club, Midnight Runners. Drawing courage and motivation from my own life-threatening accident, I've learned the positive impacts that come from keeping a healthy body and mind.  Overcoming my battle with depression, training for an ultra race, and dedicating my life to a profession where 80% of trainers fail in the first 9 months, make me a truly unique and dedicated trainer. These life experiences make me uniquely invested in the success of my clients. I have been a personal trainer in London for over 11 years, and a level 4 qualified trainer. My philosophy is that fitness should not have a finishing line, but should instead be seen as a lifestyle to be lived. A lifestyle that makes you see life from a more positive outlook, energizing not just your body but your mind too. I am one of London’s leading female personal trainers. My training methods will not just transform your body but will rejuvenate your life. I was lucky to be introduced to Olga when I needed some help to achieve my goals. She was able to quickly identify what we needed to work on and designed an appropriate program, which shifted and changed as I improved to be constantly challenging, making sure that I had the maximum benefit from every session.  Olga has the experience and skill to adapt on the fly when I have injuries, or pre/post events, and even going from the gym to virtual training was seamless, because Olga really understands how to make effective use of whatever equipment is available, including bodyweight and furniture, and I have not missed the gym with all its equipment at all. I achieved my initial goals and have kept working with Olga as she has helped me set my sights higher and further than I ever thought possible. Olga is an absolute gem of a personal trainer. Kind, inspiring, and wonderfully encouraging, she transcends mere fitness guidance to become a beacon of positivity and empowerment. Under her guidance, I not only conquered the absurd fear of the atmosphere of the gym but also cultivated a deeper understanding of how to nurture my physical and mental well-being. Because of my many dietary restrictions I taught it would be impossible for me to gain any muscle, but oh boy I was so so wrong! Olga helped me with building upper body strength by showing me effective tailored exercises for my needs and muscle imbalances. Differences are clearly visible: my shoulders, back and triceps are bigger, stronger and I feel more confident in my body. Not only the change is estetic, but more important is the functional aspect, I can now do planks without my shoulders absolutely killing me - unlocking many new exercises! I feel like I’ve got amazing value for my money as the exercises are specific to me and what my body tolerates. During a session Olga would push me to my limits and make the best use of the time we have (which I can’t really say about many personal trainers I see in gyms). Olga is amazingly positive and encouraging and I think those are some qualities that distinguish a great personal trainer from a mediocre one. Olga’s strength and conditioning training is really great, it effectively combines so many runner specific exercises which you cannot get anywhere else. I don’t think any other gym offers such group exercises. You could work with a personal trainer 1-2-1 but that would be a lot more expensive and not many personal trainers have Olga’s running expertise.

Olga has been an incredible support for me, providing bespoke training schedule and plan. Thanks to her, I ran my very first marathon in under 4 hours, injury free, and had an amazing time! I highly recommend her as running coach and fitness expert.

I met Olga through Midnight Runners and knew she would be a great trainer. She is one of the best trainers I have met. Olga has a smiley personality, infectious energy, a passion for fitness and is a great inspiration for her clients with her positive outlook. Most importantly, with Olga you get amazing results - you will feel fitter, stronger and healthier. Her programs are tailored for individuals with different daily schedules and are always interesting with varied exercises. Olga really tests your limits and wants you to succeed. Train with Olga and you will get rewards - it will be one of the best decisions you can make to reach your fitness goals.

If you’re not training with her, you’re simply missing out!! I met Olga at Midnight Runners and once I got to know her, it became very clear I wanted her to be my coach… Olga is the most solar and inspiring person I have met and her coaching transformed me beyond expectations. I approached her as preparing for my first multi stage trail mountain ultramarathon (250km in 5 days with 10,000m elevation gain) and we worked together 6 months to get my body, my mental and logistics prepared for this race. She provided a complete package: targeted strength sessions at the gym, complementary cross training, running sessions, monthly heavy-duty gym sessions in person, regular in-person/ WhatsApp checkins; but also advised me on how to manage training better: sleep, nutrition etc. and helped me stay on top of a healthy mental health during training, race and taper - which is often underrated by many ultra running coaches. The results probably spoke for themselves: I finished the race in great shape and had the most amazing experience (+ 7th female on top of this!), beat all distance PBs in training, haven’t been injured nor encountered ANY niggle during the whole training/race/post-race and I haven’t been frustrated in training as I had complete understanding and explanation of our process and training path. And most importantly, I can confidently say that Olga is an incredible coach who listens first, coaches second. She has a wide knowledge of how physical and mental work for endurance running and knows how to apply it even to the most demanding race. Whether you’re looking to run your first marathon, PB on it, or attempt a demanding ultra marathon, I would strongly recommend you get in touch with Olga and trust her. She works really hard, her approach works and she is very very involved and happy in seeing her clients succeed. Don’t wonder, go for it!
