Completely agree with GW's review below. Eric (owner of estate agent and multiple flats) is a nightmare landlord. He left a leak coming through our living room ceiling for 10 weeks, and only fixed it after we handed our notice in and viewings were expected. He'll come around unannounced (& not turn up when he has confirmed he would). He treats his subcontractors really badly (challenges every penny they charge for months on end), and the office has gone through such high turnover since Louisa left, you'll have to consistently repeat yourself to different members of staff. Then to frustrate tenants further he will claim such absurd costs upon settling the deposit (inventory that didn't exist in opening inventory and requiring our professional cleaners to reclean or else we face a full cleaning fee).

Eric the owner is a con man. This company is masked by the lovely women in the office. Eric came and inspected our flat and said the painting we had had done professionally was not up to scratch so he kept £500 of our deposit to have it carried out “properly”, after 2 years not to his knowledge we went back to the flat randomly and the paint work was the same as we had done. Also Eric used to turn up in announced and let himself in, been caught coming out of the shower before. Avoid this company, this is a true genuine review of what you get with Oliver Burn. AVOID.

I have been renting with Oliver Burn for the last 12 months. Having rented with numerous lettings agencies in London over the last 10 years Oliver Burn are far and above the rest. The only lettings agency I've come away with a positive experience. They always communicated well and tried to sort any issues with our flat as quickly as possible. And to top off they are the first letting agency to be completely fair and reasonable at the check out and not try to extract every penny they can from our deposit. Having had terrible experiences with Black Katz, Ludlow and Thompson to name a few, I'd highly recommend them. Nice to leave London and finally have a positive experience with renting! Thank you

We have just bought our first property and found the whole process so simple and easy with no stress while dealing with Oliver Burn and more importantly the estate agent Nick Webb. He was a pleasure to deal with, took all the stress and strain out of it and just a great guy. Now living around the corner from the office it's a delight to bump into Nick and his four legged assistant Mabel. Would highly recommend using Nick and Oliver Burn.

We've been renting with Oliver Burn for over 3 years and they've been great, right from the start. Especially impressed with Louise who answers emails in no time, whether on workings days, weekends or even days off! And she always gets any issues resolved as quickly as possible which is very fantastic! Oliver Burn were also great at helping us find the property when we were first looking – really listened to what we were after. Highly recommend them!
