Update August 2020 - Nearly a year on everything is still working perfectly and the increased performance and economy is noticeable. Posting this as a new review as I have changed my Google account. I had a replacement boiler fitted, along with replacing the entire line from gas meter to boiler. The team were brilliant - professional while also polite and friendly. Everything left as it was found, wireless thermostat explained well and correctly placed. Strong emphasis on safety throughout the work. Great company to deal with.

Cannot recommend Optimum Plumbing & Heating enough. They are so professional as well as friendly, focused on problem and sort things out quickly and effectivelly as they are thinking of your budget too. I would give them 10 stars if there are more stars as they have saved me a couple of times in last 15 years as BG was trying to sell a new boiler instead of fixing the problem. Call them when you need them for any plumbing nightmare, they will help you. Thank you Optimum Team!

5 STAR SERVICE Had gas central heating installed to replace electric storage heaters and new bathroom fitted, couldn’t be happier with the result. Minimum disruption getting the heating switched over and bathroom has been totally transformed. Mark & Bradley went above and beyond when unexpected and unrelated problems occurred working late to make sure we were not left without heating. They took pride in their work and nothing was too much trouble to ensure we were happy with the result. Both were polite and respectful at all times. They left the place clean and tidy and did a really thorough job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Optimum.

Simon, Luke & Cade, did a complete re-pipe of my leaky central heating system.Firstly they kept to the covid rules social distancing & the wearing of face coverings at all times, they were respectful of my property their workmanship was second to none with very neat pipe work, Simon even insisted on moving a fixed wardrobe so pipes could be installed out of sight & refitting the wardrobe & also lost pipe work in my kitchen giving it a neat finish. I have an old combi boiler that's nearing the end of its life & when it does i wouldn't hesitate in using Optimum Plumbing & Heating Ltd to install a new boiler.
