Roy Finney5 StarA professional, courteous and caring approach to not only the work but ensuring we were happy with each stage of the work carried out over the 2 days the staff were here. they did the Roof moss removed and application for further protection carried out on whole roof, Gutters cleared and cleaned, large decking area and patio cleaned, spindles and Balustrade cleaned, conservatory roof cleaned windows cleaned and all areas tidied up after the work was done.
Compared to others who have done this work in the past OMC are miles ahead in all areas, from first call to office, the visit of Scott to discuss needs and a quote, the delivery of service, office staff communication on the works being carried out and any issues, OMC will certainly be back in the future for any work, and will be doing my window cleaning going forward

I also forgot to put my bins out last week to be cleaned but as soon as I let the office know, the team came out the same day and cleaned them for me. So happy.
