Dave and Paddy were excellent at installing our new boiler. From the quote to installation the service was extremely quick as we’d been without heating and hot water for a while they prioritised this and exceeded our expectations! I had a gentleman called Dave come and install a oven. He was on time, he introduced himself so I knew who it was before he entered my property. Very efficient and very understanding about my son who has autism as my son came a few times to investigate the new face in the property. He was polite and talkative but also got on with what he needed to do. There was a issue of what needed to be done and instead of giving up and saying he couldn't do it, he gave me 2 options of what he could do. Thank you. Roseanna Watts

I used OxPropertyServices to install a gas hob, they had great communication with me, arrived on time, went above and beyond with the actual job. I had purchased a new hob but not unboxed it, when the engineer unboxed the hob for me we found there was no plug attached. The engineer didn't cause a fuss, accepted my apologies (I should have checked this before hand, my mistake). He then very kindly nipped out to pick up a new plug. He was back very quickly, finished the job promptly. Excellent service, would definitely recommend, and will not hesitate to use this company again when needed!

Dave and his team removed our old bathroom then re fitted and finished our new suite. The work was carried out to a very high standard with minimal disruption for the 9 days it took to complete. We also had a couple of issues with a separate bathroom in the house which Dave kindly looked at whilst he was at our property. It was an extremely pleasant experience to have Dave and his team complete the bathroom and we were over the moon on completion. From now on anything plumbing related Dave will be our go to man. Great job!!
