Damian Drumm5 StarConnor arrived on time, polite, professional and informative. Explained the his plan of action and how long it would take. Provided his honest and professional opinion when we raised questions, Connor never over complicate or blind you with science with his answers.
We had our Vaillant system serviced and repaired, investigated and repaired a leaking radiator and repaired a tap, as well as bleeding the radiators, tested and ensured hot water was running and the central heating was coming on.
Connor ensured that he cleaned up after his work was completed and you wouldn't have known the work was carried out.

He gave me a rough quote and asked for more details. I sent him pictures of the leaking radiator valve and he responded with an accurate quote. This was very reasonable. He offered me a choice of days in the coming week. He told me a time and messaged me on that day to say that he was on his way. The job was punctual, friendly and tidy.
