Brilliant service from start to finish. The initial customer service and follow up calls and emails from Lisa were friendly, informative and professional. Leigh then came and talked through all of the work that needed doing and really considered how to do each bit in the best way before providing us with a very reasonable quote. The job itself was carried out by Kevin, who was very efficient and worked hard to re-plumb, move and replace all of the radiators and add new ones. He did a sterling job, a lot of the time by himself, and was very professional, listening to concerns and responding accordingly. He's a real asset to the business.

Oxyplumb provides absolutely fantastic service. Everything is very well-organised by Lisa in the office, making booking the work (and re-scheduling due to delays in our building work) very easy and hassle free. Helpful email reminders are sent a day before the works take place. Leigh and Kevin were very efficient, thinking along with us and doing the work to a very high standard. We have worked with them from first fix to final finishing of a complete kitchen extension re-build and it's been a great experience all the way through. This will be our go-through plumbing/heating company from now on!

Very friendly and efficient team. We have had fitted a new Worcester boiler and cylinder . Roberto arrived on time with Josh each day worked hard and cleaned up after themselves and were nice to have around. Leigh keeps his eye on all proceedings in a professional way and Lisa is just a joy. She has a lovely telephone manner and nothing seems too much trouble for her to arrange. Well done guys !

Many thanks for a job very well done. I would like to thank the team of Lisa, Rob and Josh for the fitting of the new boiler over the last two days, from Lisa on the phone keeping me informed of all the stages before, during and after the fit, to Rob and Josh with the fitting, answering any questions I asked, ensured everything, at the end of both days was nice clean and tidy. Also making sure I knew how to operate the equipment before departing. Many thanks.

First time we have used Oxyplumb very efficient & kept us well informed about everything even letting us know the engineer was on the way, Matty & Josh the apprentice were very polite & tidy, also they did a good job. Lisa's communication skills are excellent. We would definitely use again. Good to have Worcester Bosch engineers locally.
