Better communication with AA would be ideal and better communication with the customer is essential - unhappy with the way they dealt with things, I waited 4 hours stranded. It appears they may have a monopoly in the area and hence don’t care too much about customer satisfaction.

Denise Howell2 StarVehicle broke down. Booked ok had to pay in advance.
Said by 12 noon. 1500 phoned to see was advised 12-1600 now.
No callbacks to keep advised to company only driver who left off.
Eventually got at base 8.45 nearly 12 hours after phoning and being next.
Asked for invoice in name of firm and gave address. They got address but failed to put invoice in name of firm.

Jack Farrow5 StarContacted Green flag due to a brakedown, the recovery truck arrived within two hours which was fantastic, John the recovery driver was friendly and very polite.
although he was unable to repair it at the side of the road (electrical) he got me safley to the garage and back home.
