This is the second time I have used Patrick and this time he fixed a leak for me and serviced my boiler. Patrick doesn't take shortcuts and does every job properly. Very trustworthy, I will be using him again.

Patrick fitted a new Vaillant Boiler and other items which he suggested would be beneficial. The job was completed on time with no fuss and full advice given on the reasons for adding the additional parts which we needed. We were delighted with his efficiency, politeness and patience listening to our needs and concerns before rectifying matters for us. We would use him again without question. He gives an excellent and professional service. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Called Patrick to investigate issues where my Boiler continuously ran 24hours, 7 days a week as well as stopping with a fault code when the Zonal valves on the 3 heating circuits stopped calling for heat. These issues were present when moving into the house and over the course of 3 years, two different Plumbers and 3 Electricians had failed to resolve. Patrick took time to be walked round the system and understanding the setup of 3 heating circuits, the Boiler Programmer Controls and the manner in which the Boiler had been installed in the loft space. He very quickly identified the cause of the Boiler fault code and recommended rerouting a bathroom towel rail to act as a heating by pass circuit to resolve the fault code issue. He then just as quickly identified a boiler configuration error which once corrected enabled the Boiler to turn off when no heat was being called for. Having identified the solutions, Patrick was able to carry out the required changes there and then and so within a little over two hours of the start of his visit the work was completed. For such a long-standing issue I was amazed at how quickly Patrick was able to put things right, clearly his experience is invaluable. I highly recommend Patrick and will be using his services for all future maintenance and Boiler Servicing.

Patrick fitted a new bathroom for us including installing a new bath, which was quite a tight fit as our bathroom is very small. His work was an excellent standard and completed in a timely fashion with minimum of fuss. Would happily recommend.
