Attended a low water pressure issue in some new plumbing. Advised that there was nothing wrong with the new pipe work and unless a pump was fitted nothing further could be done. I was impressed. They offered good honest advice and were clearly not inclined to do work where none was required. They're now on my emergency list. Highly recommended.

We have used Pantiles Plumbing and Heating on our London Flat for various different jobs from replacing our boiler, to fixing leaking bathroom taps. We are always extremely happy with the quality of service, the attention to detail and the friendliness and professionalism of them. Highly recommend them.

Contacted them for a quote. They asked me to send photos which I did. They then asked for further photos which I sent. Despite chasing them further on 2 occasions I have heard nothing in response. Utter timewasters. If, like me, you value common courtesy as a minimum when dealing with people then I suggest you avoid these and use one of the many other competent tradespeople around Tunbridge Wells.
