What more can I say than “superb”!! Following a domestic break to my parents house I contacted Nic and the team at Partnership. Within 10 minutes of a rather urgent plea for help Nic arrived at the house and swiftly and promptly quoted for a full alarm system. Time was spent reviewing all aspects of security and not just those that Partnership were installing. The office staff were excellent,polite and understanding and managed to fit the install in the diary within four days! Top job Partnership and you have reassured my parents and myself to know they are safe with your products so thank you! Highly recommended local family run firm! Don’t look anywhere else!

We booked an annual maintenance call with Partnership Security Ltd for 4 pm today. We were at home at 3 pm and waited in for the engineer to call. At 5:40 pm no one had turned up, so we rang the office telephone number. Eventually the phone was answered, but the person was unable to take our complaint and deal with it it. Instead he just kept digging a deeper hole for himself. Obviously he lacked customer handling skills. His final statement was that he would get the emergency engineer to ring us. This is the wrong solution - WE DON'T HAVE AN EMERGENCY! As yet we still haven't heard anything from anyone. It was not his fault that the engineer did not turn up. Nor was it his fault that no one contacted us to let us know that there was a problem attending at the appointed time. However, this is a very poor performance on behalf of all involved in delivering the service which we have a right to expect in exchange for our custom. Our feeling at the moment is that we should take our business elsewhere, as they don't seem to give a toss about their customers, if this instance is anything to go by. As a result my review is awarding them ONE star. It would be zero, but Google doesn't allow for that.
