I wouldn't recommend passion for several reasons: - They didn't respond to all of our queries - They sent over work with mistakes as junior members of the team weren't supervised in their work and when team members left handovers weren't complete so we had to repeat what we had already explained - They did not meet their projections for certain SEO activities - When the initial contract was up for renewal they attempted to change clauses we had asked for when we first started working with them without bothering to mention this to us - Once we handed in our notice they did not fulfil the scope as per their contracted days or bother with a full set of final deliverables

We reached out to Passion Digital for help with our AdWords account. Dave has been a fountain of knowledge, advising us on how to create campaigns that are effective, strategies using keywords and useful tools and extensions for digital marketing. We have also been provided with a handy guide and spreadsheet to show improvements that need to be made to our account, after an initial assessment. This was something I'd been looking to do for sometime but due to workload as a small charity had never found time to do, so I was happy to accept.
