Gary Fisher5 StarAbsolutely fantastic workmanship I’m disabled and engineer ireally knew what he was doing compare with some I’ve come across some different companies.He made sure there are no trip hazards and the area was safe for me to get around and also there was no mess left behind. He was punctual and the pipework is like a work of art, he explained how everything worked, I couldn’t have been happier at the end of the day this company really is worth using and this particular engineer made sure that every part of the job was done as it should be with no corners cut and no bad workmanship he was amiable going on with the work I did a fantastic job l, I’ve never seen pipework like it. What more could you ask for. A company that keeps in contact let you know what’s going on they got the product that I wanted, and I got an engineer that reminds me of the guys from days of old that take a real pride in their job. Any company would be lucky to have this guy, i’m just glad it was payne’s.Friday 19th August 2022
Robert McFagan1 StarPaid for inspection of cooker. Was quoted £80. It failed because of valve and i had to call them out again. Was charged £228 for the two visits that took 25 minutes over two visits combined. I just feel the company is getting greedy and going downhill now and will not be using them again. I see from other reviews people are having the same issues.Friday 8th July 2022
