Created a beautiful, modern outdoor space that was perfect for our family. Not only was Paul competitive his attention to my families needs at the time (new born baby) was well above and beyond. His work is top level and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone and I’m sure I will use him again in future properties.

Earlier today, PBC Landscapes finished a job that we conceived with Paul (the main guy) just before the pandemic struck. It has been 18 months in the making, and the end result is simply outstanding! I cannot complement Paul and the team at PBC Landscapes highly enough. Ours was a pretty big job, involving planning, streams, landscaping, building, patio work, design work, planting and finishing. We received a good number of quotes. PBC were highly competitive and also diligent in all comms from beginning to end. Our actual job changed quite materially as we progressed, but Paul and the team met each challenge with professionalism and a "can do" attitude, to keep costs in line with expectations and finish in line with our aspiration. Those are rare qualities but over the course of many weeks we got to know them, work with them, take counsel from them (Paul, in particular, is a leader of his team and an expert landscaper and visionary) and discuss ideas with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will have them back in a heartbeat if we ever need to do any garden landscaping again on our property. Full marks.

Unfortunately we can't recommend this company, as after receiving full payment for his work, Paul spent six months avoiding our attempts to get him back to complete unfinished sanding (yes, of course, we should have held back some payment until it was 100% finished but that's not the point) - eventually he responded after we threatened legal action, and lied about his avoidance (we had proof that he had signed for our letters). Despite a great experience during the work (he did cause significant damage to our property by accident, but we can't blame him too much for that), once he had all our cash, he became deeply unprofessional. Such a shame.

PBC Landscapes did an amazing job on our "pub garden." He took both of our requirements and captured the perfect balance of a seating area under a pergola and then a garden bar. He constantly checked in and suggested finishing touches that have made a huge difference on the finishing product. I would recommend PBC Landscapes to transform your garden and we look forward to using them again for the patio area in our garden.
