Since moving to Felixstowe five and a half years ago, we have used this Company from Day One having found Pete on the Internet. He is a one-man band and takes pride in his work and is an experienced Gas Safe Engineer. We have had several plumbing works undertaken and if a part is needed that he for some reason doesn't have, the necessary part is produced within a matter of hours! Pete is extremely reliable, honest and trustworthy and we are more than happy to recommend him to our friends and neighbour's. Even with the pandemic he has still made himself available 24/7. When family members went down with Covid he stayed away from home in order that he could carry on working so as not to disappoint his customers. He is an extremely busy person so if you do contact him and you don't get an immediate response, please be patient! He knows from looking at his phone that you have contacted him and he will be in touch with you as soon as he is able to bearing in mind that he has his books to do and contact people that have been in touch with him in order to give them an appointment time/date. We would rate Pete 10/10.
