Michael Jones1 StarAwful experience with this company. After a maintenance check by a PFS engineer, the fire alarm within our property kept randomly beeping at night. We asked PFS to investigate the issue. PFS attended the property multiple times and deemed that everything was 'Okay'. After the visits, the alarm would always start to beep again at night. After 1 year of investigations, PFS finally admitted that there was an issue with an alarm within one of the flats. It took them 1 year to figure this out. Of course, they charged us for each and every visit. If you are considering this company I would recommend you stay away. Their engineers do not know what they're doing. If you ever experience any issues, they will struggle to identify and resolve the issue. They will also charge you for each and every visit.Sunday 18th April 2021
