I've lived and worked in Kettering as a plumber for over 40 years. I started my career working for the family business, David Thompson Heating, until 2007 when I founded Phil Thompson Plumbing. In that time, I have built excellent connections with local trade and craft contacts, enabling me to provide a complete bathroom refurbishment package. I take a great deal of pride in my work and have a good reputation locally as a reliable, trustworthy tradesman. I just wanted to say a big thank you for your visit to try and sort my drains. As you suggested, I called Drainjet and the chap was equally as helpful. Given the obvious challenge he had sorting the problem out (he was here for 4 hours), I’m not surprised you had to pass on to someone with specialist equipment. Anyway, the job is done and I’m one happy customer. I wanted to thank you, as without your suggestion I wouldn’t have known to go to Drainjet. You have restored my faith in great customer service!

Called him about a problem. Was here in 10 minutes. The problem was fixed by the time he finished his coffee. We caught him on a quiet day and our problem was fairly simple but he was professional, efficient and we'll definitely use him again. Hopefully we don't have to!
