Philip Parkinson looked after my dad for almost 5 months. In all that time, I felt they went out of their way to offer a good service. They were very caring and sensitive to my parents’ needs. They always took the time to have a chat with my dad and mam. Whilst they were contracted to look after my dad, my mam wasn’t in good health either and they were always quick to help her when they were there. Emotions at times like this run high which makes things difficult to objectively assess and the nature of the task that they carry out and the number of people that they look after would make it virtually impossible for them to please everyone all the time. We changed things on a regular basis throughout the 5 months and they were always happy to accommodate us and work towards a solution that suited both parties. Both their staff and managers combine a professionalism with a friendly down to earth manner. It is very difficult to let strangers into your home especially when you are old and vulnerable and the girls became part of the family. They were all there at my mam and dad’s funeral in Amble. I will be forever grateful to them for helping us through a very difficult time. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Hi l was very anxious about a care provider coming into my terminally I'll uncle as our previous experience with other carers were not so good. It's early days but l feel reassured that the staff are very confident when they visit gives me and my uncle great ease. Keep the good work up ladies. Thank you Karen.

I work for Philip and his wife Julie. I love working for them, my manager is fantastic and all 3 of them are always available to talk or if there is a problem. I have worked for other companies over the years and being happy here makes a huge difference.

Absolutely Disgraceful supposed to start a care plan tomorrow, just rang to check times now say they won't be attending? Professional..... I don't call it that leaving a Disabled man with no way of getting out of bed, if they had of at least contacted us we could have tried to arrange something FAR too late now.

Worst care organisation to ever be a part of. Broke too many legislative laws regarding safe working and care to count. Philip only cares about money and would rather line his pockets with the money of those most vulnerable and their families than to actually address any issues... And no I don't owe you money for care.
