Keith Baker2 StarTwo stars given due to a prompt response since taking payment. The engineer attended, diagnosed a gas leak and charged £348 for the pleasure of getting nothing done.
They did however send 2 quotations for gas leak detection and repair.
The mains supplier attended, concluded no gas leak and turned the gas back on.
I have contacted PHS main office to be told the monies taken were totally justified.
This is totally unacceptable and would never use this company again.. please spread the word.Sunday 5th June 2022

cheryl stgeorge-philip5 StarI was informed by Anglia water that I had a leak that was not visible and needed to locate it. PHS was approached by me and they came and located the leak. Jamie their engineer kept us informed at each step. He was respectful, courteous and honest. We could not have asked for better.

The engineer arrived at the time I requested which was helpful and quickly diagnosed the problem. They then returned with the new parts and fitted. Before that Adam sorted out timings, helped me with ordering a new boiler, again his friendly manner was much appreciated he too was very professional.
