At Pie Demand we love to make pies. All are individually handmade and baked in small batches. You can order from the website or our facebook page for collection from our Bakery. If you live in the Carlisle postcode area we can deliver straight to your door, just let us know when you complete checkout….

We love food, it’s what makes us happy! In 2018 we had a dream of running our own pie company. Fast forward to 2019 and our dream is now a reality. After starting in our kitchen at home we quickly realised we needed more space, after lots of planning, stress and hard work we now have our very own production unit in the centre of Carlisle. We aim to bring something different to the pie world, traditional flavours we all know and love but with a modern twist.

We pride ourselves in using only the freshest ingredients from independent producers like us. Each pie is individually made by hand in small batches to ensure each one is produced to the highest quality and standard.

Come and find us at farmers markets, agricultural shows and events across Cumbria, The Borders and the North East. We look forward to meeting you all.
