We had numerous issues with our water system as it was getting very old, but the problems were very quickly found and resolved. The service was excellent and efficient and nothing was too much trouble - even coming out in the evening for an emergency. These are a great bunch of guys, who care a great deal about providing an amazing service and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much.

I phoned and Gareth responded almost immediately - even though he was on his lunch break between jobs. I explained the problem and he said he would pop in after his second scheduled job. He messaged me later to say he was running late and could he reschedule for midday the following day. He arrived 15 minutes earlier than agreed (which I had asked him to if possible) and fixed the leak on the toilet water input. He was very thorough. He also replaced the cistern overflow pipe as an additional request. Gareth is a marvel! What had taken me 6 plus hours to mess up, he fixed in less than 1 and a half hours... including the time he took to ensure the repair was complete. Just can't thank you enough Gareth. Will definitely consider this company again when we need bathroom and ensuite plumbers again later in the year... we'll get some homemade carrot cake in when we do.
