Quite simply, one visit to make a repair at my mother's house was exceptional. l live overseas and now feel confident that any future plumbing need is now in capable hands. Adam came and installed the emergency outlet pipe on my boiler, extended my outside flue and did a boiler service. He was on time, very pleasant, worked fast and tidied up. Adam isnt the cheapest, but did good work and i would definitely use again!

Being a first time home owner I had no idea about the boiler and heating in the home, Adam was very helpful and no question was too stupid. He made the the whole process stress free and with a reasonable price. The boiler installation was done promptly and they left no mess. I now have a perfectly working efficient boiler. I would definitely contact them again if every I have any other plumbing or gas needs.

Adam has helped out on a couple of occasions when there have been plumbing issues at a rental we own. On both occasions he has attended at short notice and when he said he would. He tried to find the most cost effective solution and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the jobs and left the work areas clean and tidy.

Adam was quick to respond to my request to replace the Megaflo Hot Water Cylinder. He was excellent at explaining what he would do, how long it would take and to give a very competitive quote for the job. He is very reliable, turning up when he said he would. He was a tidy worker and answered any questions I had, no matter how trivial. It is good to know that someone so reliable is at the other end of the phone for any other jobs that I may need doing.
