After a dress mishap with another bridal shop, pirouette were amazing in fitting me in to choose a dress in time for my wedding, they couldn't do enough for me and were not pushy with sales. The beautiful setting is perfect for the type of dresses they sell. After I had brought the dress, everyone was helpful and professional in communicating when the dress would be ready, and when I could come in. The seamstress was lovely, luckily I did not need much alterations, which was fortunate with my time constraints. I even had my dress professionally packed into my suitcase (as I was getting married in las vegas) with all of my accessories!
