S R5 StarVisited Pizza Express Salisbury this evening for a family meal and was very impressed by the outstanding customer service we received from our waiter, Sam. He made us feel welcome, was friendly & helpful and ensured we had a lovely evening. It was very busy and we were advised there would be a wait for food. We were fine with this. Being vegetarian, it's great to know I'll always find something delicious to have and the Salisbury restaurant is no different! The staff are friendly and accommodating and the updates to the app that allow you to add rewards, view, split and pay your bill from your phone mean you can dine at your own pace. Busy restaurant, but we were not made aware when we were seated.
Service time could possibly have been improved if they had stopped takeaway delivery. Couriers waiting for pickups, which were given priority. Food was ok, but went elsewhere for dessert as none were offered here.Friday 19th August 2022
