Pizza Hut

This Hut is located directly opposite St. Martins Church, right in the middle of the Bullring Shopping Centre. We are within very easy reach of both New Street and Moor Street train stations and there are also three car parks located nearby - the Bullring Centre, Edgbaston St, and Selfridges Moor St. We are just a short walk away from popular locations such like the Birmingham Hippodrome, Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery, Thinktank, Sea Life Centre, The Mailbox, and the world's biggest Primark.

Useless. Upon attendance was informed all ordering must be done online and payment online, requested to deal with staff instead which was accommodated. Waited 10 minute for a member of staff to 'take our order' despite stating we were attending for the buffet. When asked to order, re-iterated that we wanted to have the buffet and were told "okay I'll sort that for you now". Watched the waitress proceed to tend to 3 other sets of customers over the next 5-10 minutes and decided to leave. It's a buffet, I'm serving myself and paying £16 per head for the privilege of doing so - I'm not also going to do admin by processing my orders and payments on behalf of the bloody company and have no idea what needs to be 'sorted' for me to serve myself.

We had ordered a big sharer which includes one pizza but we realised after that would have ordered ‘even big sharer’ which includes two pizzas. We spoke to Daniel he had sorted it out really well. He is such a polite person and his customer skills are the best I would say. We would definitely like to visit here again. Thank you so so much Daniel. ☺️

Arrived before opening time. Good choice of seating. Good buffet salad eat as much as you want. Lovely pizza and pasta. Good value for money. Would have been nice if the restaurant was warm as it was a cold day and needed to eat but in a warm place but this was not the case. For this reason you have to eat quick. Lastly payment was by card only but was not told this when entering.

Worst pizza hut I have visited. 30 minutes before I even had my order taken. When it arrived after being sat down for almost an hour.the waiter put it on an empty table next to me and walked off. I had to fetch my own food and cutlery. Salad bar was almost empty. Definitely not enough staff Shame because mostly pizza hut are of a much higher standard Thankfully I hope not to be in that area again
