They were very polite over the phone and in person too. They installed my central heating system to an amazing standard and even called to make sure it was functioning. Please disregard Had to reschedule three times, not due any issue from my side. The three day after explaining the work needed to be done, was notified that this work needs to be rebooked as engineer is behind. This is poor customer service and would not recommend.

Quoted straight away after visiting my property. Installed boiler in a timely manner. Left property clean and tidy. Explained what he was going to do and talked us through using the controls after fitting. Followed up with phone call a week later to check that everything was going ok and working well. Would highly recommend Plumbforce. Lovely man. Very polite and courteous.

Imran and his team installed a new central heating boiler for me recently. I have nothing but praise for them. I contacted Imran with WhatsApp and he replied immediately. He arranged a date to come and discuss the boiler installation. He came on time, was very polite and professional and gave me excellent advice. He arranged a date for the work and he and his team again turned up on time. They worked hard all day and came back the following day to finish the job. They removed the rubbish and tidied up afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend Plumb Force to anyone who wants a top-quality service carried out in a friendly manner.
