He rapidly assessed the problem, explained options clearly and kept me 'in the loop' throughout the repair to ensure that I understood and was happy with progress. I was never under any pressure and I was confident that Pavel's work was of a high professional standard. He was courteous, cheerful and clearly motivated to provide a good service. I am very impressed with their services - both from the office staff who are all efficient and friendly, to the senior engineer Milenko who carried out the work with the minimum fuss, paying attention to safety procedures and clearing all stuff used afterwards. Liz Kahn5 StarI 'phoned Plumb London because the boiler had broken down over a period of three days. They got an extremely nice excellent plumber, Simon and his mate Innes, to me in just a few hours and Simon dealt with the problem and the boiler is still working the next day. Before they arrived, I was telephoned by Jack, who told me they were a bit delayed but would certainly be coming. I could not have had better service or nicer people - this is a real review! - and I am most grateful. I hope they do not get too busy to come again!

selina prager5 StarEfficient and polite booking service, reasonable time slots offered on very short notice. I had a leaky WC with a broken flush that needed replacing. The plumber accommodated the busy schedule I had that day, was on time and did a great job.Tuesday 11th July 2017
