I echo the positive words of the previous review by Mr Gwilliam. Tony took us through all the options from replacing our old boiler to buying a new one. Absolutely no pressure but just great advice. We decided to buy a new boiler. Tony kept us up to date all the way through the purchase and installation, and gave us great post installation service as well. He fitted us in to his diary at our most convenient time. He also came to see us late in the evening, understanding I generally don’t get home from work until late and so not around during the day to chat. We were blown away by how neat all the work was, and the clean up after installation was immaculate. We will use him again without a second thought, and would recommend him to you too. Thanks Tony.

Following a recommendation from another heating engineer I had a new Baxi Combi Boiler fitted by Tony in February 2017. The whole process from quote to fitting was accompanied by some of the best customer communication I have received from any company. Tony called or texted me at each point in the process and I felt fully informed and in control at all times. If you have experience of dealing with plumbers you will know that they can be unreliable and uncommunicative Tony was the opposite, he arrived as promised, calling me the day before the fitting to confirm & then on the day to give me an ETA. Subsequent to the fitting of the boiler & a replacement thermostatic radiator valve a small leak appeared on the valve connection, Tony arranged to return & corrected the problem again phoning me at each point in the process to keep me up to date. The result was a stress free process and I would like to thank Tony & AB plumbing for the professionalism of the service. I would recommend Tony Mr R Gwilliam
