TattyB Media5 StarCarl and the team at Plumbing and Gas Solutions Ltd helped me out in my hour of need, when nobody else could get to me for days!! Fitted me into their busy schedule only hours after my initial contact.
The engineer kept me updated with the progress enroute to me, arrived earlier than the arranged time and sorted my drainage issue in no time at all!
They were very polite, courteous and clean in their execution of the job.

Roger Daniels1 StarShocking service followed by lie after lie. Each engineer they sent out on three occasions, did not seem to know what they were doing. A four figure sum has been paid to them and i’m back to a boiler not working and a leak present. I understand all trades are busy but would have expected a call or some sort of acknowledgment they will not be back to complete the job.

Alex McMorland5 StarPlumbing & Gas recently replaced all the radiators in my house. They helped me with choosing the appropriate radiator models and then ordered and installed all the new radiators, making necessary adjustments to the infrastructure where required.
They also managed the return and replacement of a larger radiator which had been damaged in transit while keeping me informed.
Special mention must go to Joe who was excellent at both communicating decisions in plain English for me and coordinating any necessary extra work.
