Had to get a couple of visits, and things got a bit more complicated than expected, rather than trying to rip me off, the engineer went out of his way to help, kept the bills down, and used his common sense to make me feel like I wasn't being ripped off. Overall although no one wants to pay expensive tradesmen, it's the time we live in, and Jake did more than enough to make me feel comfortable to use this company again. Appreciate, professional and pleasant man

Used PlumbingForce for gas cooked installation. Was phoned and told time of arrival . Phoned again just before arrival . Was also text and told name of gasman who would be attending. He arrived as said .He was efficient and friendly .Very polite and a quick worker. I was very impressed and happy with the service provided. Would recommend them and use them again.Thank-you

Steven was really professional and gave a detailed and helpful explanation of the system. I’ve just bought a home and was worried about my boiler but his attention to detail and obvious care for what he does really put my mind at ease. Andrew Robertson was brilliant. The job was more difficult than we initially thought and he stuck at it for about 3 hours. The replacement shower we provided had a faulty part so he immediately went out to get another one from Screwfix. The end result was as good as we could have hoped for. He also provided some most helpful notes for a future tiler. I would have liked to reward him personally but post Covid, don’t carry much cash as everything is paid for by card now. He was a pleasure to have in the house. Careful, clean and polite. Thank you Andrew.

I cannot praise Mark enough. He was professional, informative and efficient. He took the time to explain the boiler operation to me, to give me additional information and to fully check the operation/temperature of taps around the house. I was totally reassured following his visit whereas I had felt helpless before. Thank you for the excellent service.
