Plumbwell Heating are efficient, knowledgeable and committed. They installed a new boiler system for us. They hit some unexpected problems due to the age and unusual layout of the building, but they took complete ownership and solved every problem that the building threw at them, cheerfully and efficiently. They kept us well informed at all stages and despite the problems, the final bill was as quoted in the beginning. We are thrilled with our new two boiler system.

Melanie, Paul, Stuart and the team have been so helpful and responsive. From the start they assisted with Aga dismantling, collection, courier and all round help. They have been really responsive, reliable and great at communicating. I strongly recommend them for Aga/ Boiler advice, repair, dismantling and commissioning etc. Happy customer, thank you.

I needed my boiler serviced and as were all working from home I didn't want to wait until the end of lock-down. I've also been disillusioned with other companies, but I'd heard that Plumbwell were good. They were extremely professional, polite and came with all the necessary PPE and explaining what they would need access to. They were so thorough and I really felt that boiler had had a good service. Money well spent. I can't recommend them enough.
