Firstly I was led to believe that someone would attend to me the following day between 0800-1300 ( which didn’t happen)
When I called to chase up I was told that they would attend by 1800
I’ve since commenced raising a formal complaint as the conduct of the personnel I spoke to . For the record this company’s customer service is not regulated by a formal
Body which is worrying for a business predominantly in industry of that involves a lot of phone calling to customers .Thursday 20th February 2020
