Making a public review must be honest and accurate and this, my review, is based in these two principles. I don’t recognise the following statement on the Polden plumbing & heating website: “ We are local reliable,trustworthy” I made contact with this plumbing firm on the 21 June 2021 and was visited by them shorlty afterwards. The knowledge level is clearly evident. Sadly, being reliable isn't in their make-up. Promises, promises and promise has never happened. I am disappointed in what they stand for and wish no further engagement with them. They have a lot to learn as a new business and I wish them well in their endeavours.

Called as my boiler wasn't working, diagnosed fault, then gave me the options of repair or replace, chose replace. On morning of install, arrived on time, showed me how to use the boiler post installation. Very professional. Would highly recommend

Needed a guy to fix a tap quick as it had come loose in the kitchen and called polden plumbing and heating and he come round as soon as he could and he so professional and good price so now he the go to guy for any plumbing work , so give him a go you will not be disappointed
