I called Poseidon for the installation of a combi boiler in replacement of the water tank. Rob sticked to his promises: came the day he said he`d come, conducted a detailed assessment, fully understood my concerns and found great solutions. Laura helped with a prompt quote and really went above and beyond to accomodate my requirements. Very experienced and professional team, and human people to talk to. Highly recommendable, have no hesitation to call them again

Ally came to my house today, my heating wasn't working, firstly the speed in which I contacted him was brilliant, turned up in 24 hours, prompt, fast service Ally himself was polite and very efficient, highly recommend 👍

I found Alli at Poseidon extremely efficient. I had used other plumbers and heating engineers in the past but always found them to be late or to give quotes that ended up lower than the eventual price. Alli came when he said he would, completed a thorough inspection, went to get the required parts and returned immediately to complete the remedial work required. There was no funny business around prices and neither job (replacing a bathroom tap unit and replacing a boiler timing mechanism) required any further call-out. I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else!

A few days ago I realised I had a hot tap in my bathroom not completely turning off. At 0830 I rang Poseidon, at 0935 Ally arrived, he dismantled the tap & diagnosed the problem. As it was one of these modern taps it required a new part that had to be obtained. Ally went to get the part, by 1025 he had returned & fixed the problem for what I consider to be a very reasonable charge. Ally is punctual.polite, efficient & honest. I highly recommend Ally & the company.
