Extremely disappointing service. Potters sent someone to prepare the floor in the master room and level off floor boards. On the day the carpet was to be fitted we were told the floor wasn’t prepped as required so we had to ask him to come back and we’re told we would have to pay him for both jobs. Potters then fitted the wrong colour carpet, wrong colour joiners, brought the wrong sized carpet for master bedroom, damaged paint work in 3 rooms and caused unrepairable damage to expensive furniture. We were told we would get money back for damages so proceeded with having the correct carpet fitted (paying the full amount) to then be told they wouldn’t compensate for damages/ major errors made. Absolutely terrible! Do not recommend!

Great service from choosing a carpet to fitting. We’ve wasted too many years with colour bank letting us down all the time. Potters is a refreshing change!
