Visited Tunstall Poundland store today. As always great service especially Brandon Who told me about a special offer of my favourite milk chocolate tea cakes Tunnocks Of course I stocked up. Thanks Brandon One of many many visits to this Poundland today. Zoe. The lovely young lady who served me at the checkout was really nice. Lovely smile and she even put my purchases into my shopping bag. Thank you ZOE. You are an asset to Poundland keep up the good work. Definitely happy customer

If I could give it no stars I would!!! I rarely go this Poundland, but whenever I do, I always leave in a bad mood. I went with my son and the staff were standing there saying things about me and my son and another time they told my son off! Another time I had my son in the trolley and they told me off for having him in the trolley even though I have him like that in other poundlands. I don’t know if it’s a race thing or if the workers are under bad management but it seriously needs looking into! It is the worse Poundland I’ve been to considering the fact that there a few Poundland’s in stoke. I had to put this review out because I’ve always had bad service whenever I shop here and I’ve let it slide too many times now.

Situated in Tunstall, in the retail park, there are many other outlets there also. In here you can get many household items at very reasonable prices, the staff are polite, friendly and helpful.
